Your responsibilities

The course materials and certification process have been developed to ensure a satisfactory level of quality in terms of content and processes, but we cannot affirm they will be error-free. You are responsible for informing us if you find any of the said materials or processes inaccurate as soon as possible.

On registration for the course, you will be required to set up an annual recurring payment for course fees using a third-party provider. There will be various payment points according to your intended usage and/or the size of your company, if applicable. It is your responsibility to make the correct payment.

If you make an overpayment, a refund can be requested. A request in writing by email explaining the circumstances is required.

If you make an underpayment, we reserve the right to request an additional payment for the shortfall. If this is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse further access to the course until such time as the matter is addressed.

You are under no obligation to maintain this contract for a minimum time but it is your responsibility to inform us if you wish to cancel the contract.

Upon each annual payment being made, you will have full access to the course for a full twelve months.

Certification options

There are a number of certification options. You are not required to commit to any of those options unless and until you are ready to do so. There is no time limit providing your basic course fee is up to date.

As with course fees, it is your responsibility to pay the appropriate band of fee and underpayments or overpayments will be dealt with in the same manner.

Appeals

If you wish to make an appeal relating to any assessment decision, you can do so in writing by email and also request a copy of the appeals policy and procedure.
