6-week Facilitated ESG / Responsible Business Course

Our ESG / Responsible Business Course is a BIG COURSE. Whilst it is not complicated, it is extensive and can be challenging for time poor small business owners not to get distracted.

Our facilitated approach provides  accountability and a supportive learning environment for time poor small business owners.

We don’t use jargon, and we don’t set one-size-fits-all benchmarks. The course will enable you to take a deep dive into your business so that you are able to consider each relevant question and set your own benchmarks to aspire to.

You will work through a designated section of the course before the small cohort - maximum eight delegates - meets to review together what each of you have learnt and how you feel the topics relate to your business.

These weekly feedback and support sessions bring the course content to life. As the discussions progress, we invariably witness many lightbulb moments!

This 6-week facilitated course provides busy small busy owners with a viable option to quickly and efficiently progress through the course

The purpose of the 6-week Facilitated Responsible Business Course, which is delivered by the Organisation for Responsible Businesses, is to provide a helping hand to keep you on track, ensure a level of accountability, and to provide a more enjoyable experience via the weekly interaction with the course facilitator and a small cohort of like-minded small business owners.

Each course starts with a short 15-to-20-minute introductory session where we’ll get to know each other and procedural guidelines will be covered. Thereafter, there will be six weekly sessions at the same time and day each week, lasting around 45 minutes (one hour maximum,) to cover the whole course.

As you will see below, courses are offered with different date/time options to ensure everyone has the opportunity to choose a time that suits. When you purchase a the Facilitated Responsible Business course, you will be offered a choice of start dates.
